FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

1

How will I know when my cleaning days are?

You will receive a reminder the day before your scheduled cleaning, and a notification when we are en route.

2

How often should bins be cleaned?

We recommend monthly cleaning to keep bacteria, pests and odors under control. Quarterly works for lighter use.

3

What if I need to reschedule my cleaning?

Log in to your customer portal and pick a new date, or contact us and we will move it for you.

4

Do you offer one time cleanings?

Yes. Choose the One Time plan when you sign up.

5

What if I miss my cleaning day?

No problem — contact us and we will get you back on the schedule.

6

Why did my scheduled cleaning day change?

I'm a firefighter so I work every 3rd day. So I'll have to change some cleaning days every month. If the new cleaning day does not work for you feel free to contact us and we will find a day that works!
